Adrian Besilla JotForm SupportHi Monte ,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. With encrypted forms, an invalid access code message can still appear for a few reasons. Access codes are case-sensitive, so double-check that the capitalization matches exactly, and if you copied and pasted the code, try typing it manually to avoid any extra spaces.
This can also happen if the form owner updated or reset the encryption access code, as previously saved codes would no longer be valid. In some cases, browser or session issues can cause this behavior, so trying the form in an incognito or private window, or clearing your browser cache and cookies, may help.
Lastly, please make sure you are accessing the correct form link, as cloned or updated versions of the form will have a different encryption setup. If the issue persists, let us know whether you are the form owner or a respondent and whether the access code was recently changed.
Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.
