Account Deletion: Jotform Continuing to Draft Emails After Account Removal

    Hello, I deleted my account, but Jotform keeps drafting my emails anyway. I would like this stopped asap please!

    Hi Gail,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When you delete a Jotform account, there is a 30-day retention period before the data is permanently purged from the system. During this time, automated tasks like scheduled emails or reminders may continue to trigger even if you no longer have access to the dashboard.

    I’ve checked your email address, and I can confirm that it is already on our unsubscribe list. This means you should no longer receive marketing or promotional emails from Jotform.
