Microsoft Teams Integration: Send Chat Message action stuck on loading

    I am experiencing an issue where Jotform is linked to our Teams account for work, and we can send forms to channels, but not to chats. When I try to send to chats, I encounter a perpetual loading screen. I have tried the suggested solutions, but they do not work. I need this fixed so that Jotform can be used properly in Teams chats as well.

    Hi Ryan,

    I tested it but couldn’t replicate the issue, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. We’ll circle back with an update when there is one.

    Hi Ryan,

    If you still can replicate the issue even after re-authentication, can you set up another action that's working ("Send Message to standard channel" or "Send message to private channel") for you and let us know? Once you integrate your form with any of the Microsoft Teams actions, it would be easier for us to investigate your form.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

    I tried that and just have a constant looping loading screen.

    Hi Ryan,

    Since you're still getting a looping loading screen, can you try re-integrating the form to Microsoft Teams with a different action, such as Send Message to standard channel or Send message to private channel? This will help us further investigate the issue.

    I’ve also passed this along to our relevant team and will update you as soon as we hear back from them.

    Hi Ryan,

    From what you’ve shared, it appears that sending messages to standard or private channels works fine, but the chat message action gets stuck on a loading screen.

    We have escalated this issue to our developers for further investigation and will update you as soon as we have more information.
