Jotform servers location

I'm reviewing our firewall attacks and would like to whitelist your server IP addresses.

I found some IPs trying to access our email from a city Council Bluffs, Iowa. Are your servers located in that city? Thanks.

Our Google Cloud data centers are hosted in Iowa (US). I'm not sure about the city.
