    On the Recipient tab, can I set the Reply-To email for an email element from the form?

    Hi YY,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, you can set the Reply-To Email using a field from your form in the Send Email element settings. Let me show you how:

    1. In Workflow Builder, click on the Send Email element, and then click on the Gear icon.
    2. Click on the Recipients tab.
    3. Select your email field in the Reply-to Email dropdown.
    4. Click on Save.

    Hi Kemal,

    Thank you for the prompt reply and for providing a solution.
    However, it doesn’t fully meet my request, but I was able to find a workaround.

    The platform allows us to manually enter {email} in the Reply-To email field, click the Save button, and then click the gear icon to check the field again. At that point, {email} is converted into the email field symbol.

    I suggest the developer team consider improving the UI. For example, adding a “+ Field” option next to the Reply-To email field would make it clearer that this field supports form email elements and improve usability for users.
