MMy Warrior's Place
When I had someone fill out my form using this link: https://form.jotform.com/MyWarriorsPlace/MSDPform they are telling me that they are receiving a notice "The form is not available" after they hit submit.
They filled it out twice and got that message both times.
BUT
I got both submissions. Why are they getting that message and how do I stop that from happening?

Kenneth JotForm SupportHi there,
Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your form and found that it is set to redirect users to an external link after submission. I've shared a screenshot of your Thank You page settings for reference.

While the form is successfully filed out, users are automatically redirected to this URL, which leads to a disabled form. To solve this, you can either show the default Thank You page, or change the URL that users are being redirected to with an active form.
You can add a link to the Thank You Page on your form to Redirect Users After Submission. This way, once someone finishes the first form, they'll be automatically directed to the second form. Let me show you how to set that up:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- Then, in the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Thank You Page.
- Now, select Redirect to External Link and paste the URL of the second form.
Check out this screencast to see how it'll work:
Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.
