So how does this integrate with Microsoft Teams to generate a join link for the registrant once they have paid for the webinar?

I don't believe this is a true integration with Microsoft Teams. You will collect all the data and payment through a form and then setup an email autoresponder that would send with a link to the webinar that they can join with.
