    Looks like when we choose sell-subscription with PayPal gateway, you can no longer accept credit card payments directly within the Jotform. Instead, the user is redirected to PayPal's website. Correct?

    Yes, when you choose Sell Subscriptions with the PayPal Business integration, credit card payments inside the form are no longer available, and users are redirected to PayPal to complete the subscription checkout.
