teosflooring2. In the Visual Report Builder, how can I create a graph where each project appears as a separate line/bar on the same chart? This would allow me to compare progress between projects visually.
If this is possible, could you explain how to configure the chart using “Project Name” as the series or grouping field?

Arslan_KHi teosflooring,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’ve checked your form 251075883549165 and at the moment it’s not possible to configure the Visual Report Builder to show each project as a separate line/bar on the same chart using multiple dropdown elements. The report builder treats each dropdown field as a separate chart, which shows the options split across different charts.
As a workaround, instead of using multiple Dropdown elements, you can use a Single Choice element and add all your project options into that one field. Let me walk you through it:
1. In Form Builder, click on Add Element, located on the left side of the screen.
2. Under Basic tab, drag and drop a Single Choice element on your form.
3. Then, click on the Single Choice element on your form, and then click on the Gear icon, located on the right side.
4. Next, in the menu that appears on the left side of the screen, click on Options tab, and then add all the Job options under Options.
Once you do this, the Visual Report Builder will be able to generate a single chart that displays all the options together, allowing you to compare progress between projects visually.Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.
