My appointment time isn't every hour in fact it last 2 hrs or 3hours but on confirmation page its showing a customer booking a 2hr picnic for 1hr how do I fix this

1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.
2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.
3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.
4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.
5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.

Flower_of_Greetings, I've run into obstacle after obstacle, but I've been able to figure things out. It's been a very sad experience for me because I thought I was finished with this process, then a thought comes, and I'm faced with another setback current problem.
I have a picnic company with 3 tiers. I have added these picnic packages to my product list, but a customer can book the top-of-the-line picnic and then go to the product list to book the cheaper picnic. This is a major problem. Can you send me a step-by-step guide that works for my guests, ranging from 2 to 8 guests?
