Thanks for reaching us out for help. When you enable this feature you will not receive a code you will create one. It’s easy to Encrypt your form. Here’s how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on  Settings.

2. Then, toggle on Encrypt Form Data.

3. In the Form Encryption window that opens, click on Verify with Google or enter your password in the Enter Your Account’s Password field, and click on Verify.

4. Enter a password or code in the Enter an Access Code to Encrypt Data field. This will be your access key for viewing submissions.

5. Next, put a check in the box to confirm you have agreed to the terms, and click on Enable Encryptions.

Encrypted forms use end-to-end encryption, so your access code is securely locked—even from us. If you lose or forget it, we won’t be able to recover your data. To stay safe, it’s a good idea to choose a code that’s easy to remember or store it somewhere secure.
