    Hi Terrell,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Your submission's PDF report can be downloaded using the following link format:

    https://www.jotform.com/server.php?action=getSubmissionPDF&sid={submissionID}&formID={formID}

    With this, you can fetch the file using GET HTTP, and Create a File step like so:

    Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

    Thanks. When I tried this solution I get the following error:

    {"error":"You're not authorized","success":false,"duration":"0.015"}

    I'm working with the JotForm Enterprise, "When a response is submitted v2" connector. My organization has Incommon SSO with JotForm. What authentication type should I select?

    Or is there another way to get/create the PDF with the latest connector?

    Thanks,
