Survey Responses: Viewing and Visualization Options in Free vs Paid Plans

I would like to know more about HOW the responses to the surveys will be received. I saw on another video that further along (I'm creating a survey now) we can make a choice for how we want to visualize the data.

Is this available through the free services, or would I have to set up a paid account? It's a one-time need.

When you receive responses to your surveys created with Jotform, you can view them through Jotform Tables, which is a built-in feature for managing and analyzing submissions. As the form owner, you can access all submissions securely in one place, where you can sort, filter, and export the data as needed. You can View Your Form Submissions from your Jotform Submissions Table in just a few easy steps. Let me show you how:

1. On your Workspace page, check the box next to the form you want to view submissions for.
2. Then, in the menu on the upper-left side of the page, click on Submissions to see all the submissions for that form in your Tables.

The Starter (Free) plan on Jotform gives you access to most features available in paid subscriptions, but with certain limits on submissions, storage, and other resources. If these limits fit your needs, you can use the free plan indefinitely without upgrading.
