Now, coming back to your question, I cloned your form to test it, and I easily replicated the issue. There’s an easy fix for this. We just need to change the Color Scheme of the form. Here’s how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Paint Roller icon on the right side of the page to open Form Designer.

2. Under the Colors tab, select a Color Scheme.
