Formulário de Pesquisa: Respostas de participantes não aparecem na caixa de entrada

um participanre respondeu ao questionario da minha pesquisa, porém as respostas dele não estao aparecendo na minha caixa de entrada, isso já ocorreu algumas outras vezes, nossa pesquisa exije que a pessoa responda dentro de um prazo ao questionário, se isso nao acontece ela é prejudicada, e não aparecer para mim o registro com as respostas dela é muito ruim. gostaria de uma solucao por gentileza

Can you check if it's showing on Jotform Tables? You can View Your Form Submissions from your Jotform Submissions Table in just a few easy steps. Let me show you how:

1. On your Workspace page, check the box next to the form you want to view submissions for.
2. Then, in the menu on the upper-left side of the page, click on Submissions to see all the submissions for that form in your Tables.
