I was having problems with my jotform app on the iPad so I deleted and reinstalled the app. Now it will not install back on my iPad and remains to be on the iPad cloud. I tested with other apps and they seem to install just fine. I updated iPad, turned off and on and changed WiFi settings and freed up storage space but it doesn’t work unfortunately.

Abdul JotForm SupportHi Mia,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Since you have already tried updating your iPad, restarting it, changing WiFi settings, and freeing up storage space, and other apps install fine, the issue might be specific to the Jotform app installation process on your device.
Here are a few additional steps you can try to resolve the installation issue:
- Check your Apple ID and App Store settings: Make sure you are signed in with the correct Apple ID and that there are no restrictions on app downloads or installations in your device settings.
 - Clear the App Store cache: Open the App Store and tap any of the bottom tabs (like Today, Games, Apps) 10 times rapidly to clear the cache, then try installing the app again.
 - Check for any pending iOS updates: Sometimes, even if your device shows it is updated, a minor update or patch might be available that can fix app installation issues.
 - Try installing the app using a different network: Even though you changed WiFi settings, try using a different WiFi network or cellular data to rule out network-related issues.
 - Reset network settings: Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Note: this will remove saved WiFi passwords, so be prepared to reconnect.
 - Contact Apple Support: If the issue persists, it might be related to your Apple account or device restrictions that Apple Support can help diagnose.

If none of these steps work, let us know, and we can explore further options to assist you.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
