How can I edit dates in the date reservation widget that were previously booked and are now open?

    I am experiencing an issue where I need to edit dates in the date reservation widget that were booked previously and are now open. I do not see the dates that are reserved when I open the widget. The widget shows a calendar with dates people reserve, but I only see a general and custom CSS panel in the properties. When I open the widget, it says "date reservation collect reservations through your form." I have been using this widget for several years and it has worked recently, but now I cannot edit the dates as needed. I would like to speak to a human support agent to resolve this issue.

    Hi campmonahan,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To make the previously reserved dates available again in your Date Reservation widget, you’ll need to delete or purge the form submission that originally booked those dates. The widget automatically blocks off any date that has been selected in a submission, so simply editing the widget settings will not free them up.

    First, we can trash your submissions to remove them on your Tables. It's really easy to do. Let me show you how:

    1. In Tables, select your entries to delete.
    2. Click the Delete button at the upper right side.
    3. Choose Move to Trash to remove it.

    1. In Tablesclick on the Three Dots icon in the tab next to your form's name at the upper left side of the page.
    2. In the dropdown list, click on Trashed Entries.
    3. In the window that comes up on the right side of the page, select the Deleted Submission then, click on the Delete Forever button.
    4. Choose Delete to confirm.

    Once you remove the submission that contains the reserved date, the system will recognize that the date is no longer taken and it will automatically become available for others to select.
