I need assistance in getting each form sent as a separate email rather then a stream of forms linked on the same email. For instance. A form filled out at 10am, is also in the same email as on at 8am and 2pm. I would like each to be a separate email. how can i fix this

Mark Alan JotForm SupportHi AALFAFamily,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Each submission should normally send its own separate email notification. If multiple submissions are appearing grouped in a single email, it’s usually because email threading is happening in your inbox rather than within Jotform itself.
Also, many email services group messages with the same subject line. To prevent this, edit your email subject line to include a unique field such as {submissionID}, {name}, or {date}. Here’s how you can fix it:
1. In Form Builder, go to Settings from the top navigation.
2. Go to Emails from the left panel.
3. Hover over your Notification, and click on Edit.
4. In your Email Subject, click on Form Fields from the right.
5. Then, select the SubmissionID, and/or Name as the Subject.
6. Go to Recipients tab and make sure the Sender Name and Reply-To Email are set to dynamic values, for example, the respondent’s name or email field. Then, click on Save.
This helps each submission appear as a new thread in your inbox. Once updated, each form submission will be sent as its own email, not grouped together in one conversation.
Reach out if you need anything else.
