    1. Open your form submissions in Jotform Tables.

    2. Click the menu at the top of the column that contains your dates.

    3. Select Summarize with a chart from the menu.
    4. The summary panel will appear on the right, showing a chart based on your dates.

    5. To change the chart type, click the chart icon in the upper-right corner of the summary panel.

    6. You can also download the chart using the download icon next to the chart icon.
