I configured my flow with two approval levels, but the last one does not receive the requests approved by the first level. What should i do to correct it?

I assume that you're referring to the approval element below.
If so, I cloned your form to test but I was unable to replicate the issue.
Can you please try to remove and add a new approval element again?
If the issue persists, kindly let us know.
