I'd like to change back my username

    I changed my username after I created and published a form. Now I would like to change it back to the original name. How do I do that

    Hi Maura,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Changing your Jotform username is easy to do. Let me help you with that:

    1. On your Account Settings, click on Edit in the Username section.

    2. Enter your new username and click on Save. That's it.

Additionally, changing your username will invalidate All Custom Form URLs that include your old username. We also have a guide about How to Change Your Username that you can check out.
