Hi Fort Sask Minor Sports Asso,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To send Jotforms to multiple recipients while keeping their email addresses private, you should avoid putting all recipient emails in the To or Cc fields directly, as this will expose all addresses to each recipient. Instead, use the Bcc or Blind Carbon Copy field when sending emails through your email client, which hides the recipients' addresses from each other.

But, if you are using Jotform's built-in email notification system, it does not currently support sending notifications with recipients hidden via Bcc directly from the platform. A common workaround is to set up an email forwarding rule in your email client or use an email marketing tool that supports Bcc or private sending.

Additionally, to ensure reliable email delivery and avoid emails being marked as spam, you can whitelist Jotform's IP addresses and sender domains in your email system. This helps maintain communication and ensures notifications reach your inbox.

If you want to send the form to new recipients privately, consider exporting the form link and sending it via your email client using Bcc or using a mailing list service that supports private recipient lists.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
