Inbox: How to Disable Email Alerts for Inline Comments

Everyone on the team receives a notification email about each comment. Can we turn off comment notification? Our comments are notes for future reference only.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Right now, adding inline comments will notify all collaborators in your inbox.

While the it's not possible to disable the notification right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

We’re thrilled to announce that now you can decide which team members will receive emails on Inbox Comments. Let me show you how:

1. In your team’s Workspace, click on the Team Settings on the bottom left side of the page. 
2. In the Team Settings pop-up window, go to the Notifications tab.
3. Under the Notifications tab, click on the dropdown under the Inbox Comments.
4. Uncheck the box next to the team member that you do not want to receive notifications for Inbox Comments.
5. Finally, click on Save Changes at the bottom right of the Team Settings page.

This way, only the selected team members will receive notification emails when an inbox comment is received.
