    This is not working for one of our pages...help!

    Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. If your Thank You Page customization with auto redirect is not working please try this instead:

    1. In the Form Builder, go to the Settings tab.
    2. Click on the Thank You Page tab on the left side.
    3. Select the option Redirect to an external link after submission.
    4. Enter the URL where you want your users to be redirected after form submission.

    Make sure the URL is correct and starts with http:// or https://. The changes are saved automatically, and you should see a confirmation message. If the redirect still does not work, please let me know if you are using a Classic form or Card form, and any other details about your setup.
