Hi, I did a Jotform successfully for my one of my work Facebook pages. However, when I posted it, I did it on the wrong page and now I need to remove the form from the Contact Us tab of one of our Facebook pages to publish it on the other. How do I do this? I disabled the form in the meantime but still is the Contact Us tab and I do not know how to remove it. In addition, in the Facebook tab editor it says that I cannot remove it from Facebook because it is a tab published by third parties (i.e., Jotform). Could you please help me? I would very much like to continue using this platform but on the right Facebook page; and I definitely would do not like very well that the contact us interface page has an error and says "form disabled".. thank you!

Hello Mariapaz,
To remove the form you need to go to your page settings and the edit page option:
Once there go to the tab where your form is displayed in and click on the settings button:
You could simply hide the page or click on the edit settings link if you need to remove the tab from your Facebook Page:
If you click on the edit settings link, you will get a pop up where you will need to click on the remove link:
Please, do not forget to save all the changes.
I hope this helps.
Let us know if you need further assistance.

Dear Sam,
Thank you for your answer. However, the information you provided it outdated. There is no longer the switch option to remove a tab from a Facebook page, you can only change the order in which your tabs appear but it is no longer removable by the administrator since it says that a third-party application runs your tab. This is how it appears in the Tab Settings:

Hi there,
This is a known issue with Facebook's New Pages Experience where they no longer support removing third-party Page tabs. Facebook is aware of the problem - you can find more details here: https://developers.facebook.com/support/bugs/316095773342393/
Unfortunately, we can't do much about it as this is on Facebook's side. We'll just have to wait until they resolve the problem.
In the meantime, you could perhaps update your form - use a Paragraph element to display your contact info or show a short message.
If you have further questions, please feel free to contact us.
