Hi Brenda,
Regarding your issue with attachments working on one form but coming out blank on another despite identical settings, here are some points to consider:
1. File Upload Field: Ensure that the form with the issue has a properly added File Upload field in the Form Builder.
2. Email Notification Settings: Check the email notification settings for the form where attachments come out blank. In the Form Builder, under Settings > Emails > edit the notification, go to the Advanced tab and verify that the option Send File Uploads as Attachments is toggled ON.
3. File Formats and Limits: Confirm that the accepted file formats and the number of files allowed are set correctly in the File Upload field settings.
4. Test Email: Send a test submission to see if the attachment is included properly in the email.
If these settings are indeed identical and the problem persists, sometimes re-saving the email notification or re-adding the File Upload field can help resolve the issue.
Let me know if you need further assistance with this.

Hi Brenda,
Regarding the issue with PDFs not showing in Asana tasks despite arriving in Asana, this is likely related to the integration settings between Jotform and Asana.
When setting up the Asana integration in Jotform, there is an option called Select uploaded files to Asana. This option must be enabled to ensure that uploaded files (like PDFs) are attached to the tasks created in Asana.
Here’s what you can do:
- Go to your form in the Form Builder.
- Navigate to the Settings tab, then Integrations.
- Edit the Asana integration.
- Make sure the option Select uploaded files to Asana is enabled.
- Save the integration settings.
If the setting is already enabled and the issue persists, try re-authenticating the Asana connection or re-saving the integration.
Rebooting the app is generally not required for this type of integration issue.
Let me know if you need further help with this.
