This issue is disrupting our business and I need it corrected as quickly as possible today. I have provided my email as leo@alittlecake.com and my name as Leo. I have also requested to create a ticket and am waiting for a human representative.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Developers are aware of this and they've resolved it, so it should be working fine now. Can you give it a try and see how it goes? Try clearing your web browser’s cache and see if that helps.
