Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. There's a Take Over Chat option where you can instantly pass the conversation to a human agent when it requires expert knowledge. Here's how to do it:
- In AI Agent Builder, click the Downward Arrow located in the upper left corner of the screen
- In the dropdown menu, select Conversations.
- At the bottom of the screen, near the chat box, click on Take Over.
