Hi there! We're using Teachable as a platform to train healthcare providers on how to interact with patients. As part of this training, we would like our students to be able to submit audio recordings to practice the principles being taught in each module. We think that embedding your VoiceForm might do the trick but we have some specific needs:
- We need a transcription of the recordings available instantly so users and provide immediate self-evaluation.
- We need the audio recordings to be saved on the back end so that our instructors and access them to provide further feedback/evaluation.
- We need the audio recordings to be saved by student, without the need of additional log in. So if a student logs into Teachable, we need to be able to pass on identifier info so that their recordings are saved to a unique profile.
Are all these things possible with your service?
Thank you!
Thomas

Hi Thomas,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, you can add Voice Recording & AI Follow-Ups by Voiceform widget to your form. These recordings will be saved on the backend, so instructors can access them later for feedback and evaluation. As for instant transcription, it will depend on your VoiceForm account's limits, as it's done it their end. You can check it in this link. But for saving recordings by student without additional login and just determined by a unique identifier, unfortunately, is not possible at the moment.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
