Sign document limit

    I want to know if I can delete submissions to re-open my quota. I was told it is not possible to free up the signed document limit by deleting submissions, but upload limits can be reset by purging submissions with uploaded files. This seemed contradictory to me, so I asked how they are different. Later, I asked if you can increase my signed document limit. I also requested to speak to someone and asked to create a ticket for this issue.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Your Jotform account used 11 out of 100 sign documents. While deleting submissions will allow you to accept more submissions, it's not the same with sign documents. Also, a Jotform account has a monthly limit and an account limit.

    The monthly limit refers to the submissions or data you can receive within the month. The account limit refers to the capacity of your Jotform account. You can learn more about the limits of your Jotform account through the helpful guide on this link.
