Now, coming back to your question, did you mean your access code is no longer working on your encrypted forms, is that correct? When you enable form encryption, you need to save the access code. If you forget or enter an incorrect code, you won't be able to decrypt the submission entries. Once you enable form encryption, even we cannot access your submission data. The Form Encryption works on the end-to-end encryption.

Note that if you forget your access code, you won't be able to view your form submissions. Jotform does not store your access code, and since we do not have access to your submissions, our ability to help is very limited. In case you've stored the access code somewhere, you can retry using it. You'll also need to check whether you've turned on the Caps Lock key. Accidentally turning on Caps Lock key can show you the incorrect code.

If you’ve forgotten your encryption passcode, you can disable Form Encryption in your form settings. This will ensure that all future submissions are no longer encrypted and won’t require an access code to view. Note that, as mentioned by my colleague earlier, submissions received while the form was encrypted cannot be decrypted or viewed without the original access code. Let me show you how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar on the top of the page, click on Settings.

2. Click on the Form Encrypt Data Switch Button and click on Yes, Disable.
