How can I allow applicants to submit a 1-minute self-video in my application form?

Hi,

I am looking for a solution which will allow candidates/applicants to sumit a 1-minute self-video to the survey. We are preparing recruitment process for workshops and we would like to create a application form with few questions and we would like applicants to prepare self-tape/video.

Yes, that’s possible with Jotform. You can create an application form where candidates can upload a short video directly through a File Upload field. We have a File Upload element that makes it simple for users to attach files when filling out a form. Let me show you how to add it:

1. Open your form in Form Builder and click on Add Element on the upper-left side of the screen.
2. Under the Basic tab, scroll down to the Field Upload element and click on it to add it to your form.

You can also specify which File Types your responders can upload. To do that:

1. Click on the File Upload field, and then click on the Gear icon to open File Upload Properties.
2. In the menu on the right side of the page click on the Options tab.
3. In the File Types section, remove unwanted file types and add the ones you want respondents to upload.
