Can't Connect my AI Agent to the Messenger

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you tell me a bit more about what’s happening when you try to connect your AI Agent to Messenger? Are you getting an error message, or is the connection not going through at all? If you share the link to your form, I can check it out and help you with a solution. You can easily find your form's URL in Form Builder. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
- In the Quick Share tab, click on Copy Link in the Share With Link section.
Once you share the form URL with us, we’ll be able to help you better with this.

I tested this on my AI Agent and encountered an issue. Can you confirm if you encountered the same issue on your end?
If not, can you try resetting your Messenger account password and try connecting it again? Also try switching to a different browser and device. I have cleared the form cache on my end as a precaution. If the issue still persists, can you send us a screenshot of your browser's console log and a recording of the issue you encountered? You can upload it to Google Drive or use Loom to record your screen.
Before we escalate the issue, in order to thoroughly troubleshoot the issue you're experiencing, our team would like to clone your AI agent along with its associated knowledge base. By replicating your environment, we can more accurately diagnose the issue and work on a tailored solution.
Rest assured that all data will be handled securely and used solely for troubleshooting purposes in line with our strict privacy and security policies.
