Keep on getting Password change request expired error message

    Hello Support,


    I can not seem to get passed the "Password change request expired

    " and does not give me an option to request for a new password change.

    So I have failed to login into my account

    The reset password email is being sent now and should arrive shortly. Please check your inbox and also your spam or junk folder just in case. If you continue to have issues, ensure your email settings allow messages from Jotform.

    Hi Kenneth,

    That error usually appears when the password reset link has expired or already been used once. Here’s what you can do:

    1. Go to the Jotform Forgot Password
    2. page.
    3. Enter your account email and request a new reset link.
    4. Open the new email immediately and click the link within a few minutes (old links become invalid quickly).
    5. If you still can’t reset your password, contact Jotform Support
    6. with your account email so they can manually send you a fresh reset link.

    This should resolve the “Password change request expired” issue.
