Jessica Noy, who is the owner of this JotFrom account, is receiving an email every day that says she has a pending form to fill out. 1- Why is she receiving these emails? 2- How to stop it, as she is the one who receives the forms after they are filled out by clients, she is not the one to fill out the forms.

Hi JessicaNoy,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Let me help you with that:
You are receiving daily emails about a pending form because the Reminder Email feature is enabled on your form. This feature sends scheduled reminders to the email address associated with the form, which in this case is yours.
To stop these daily reminder emails, you need to disable the Reminder Email feature on your form. This will prevent the system from sending you notifications to fill out the form since you are the recipient of the submissions and not the one filling them out.
Here’s how to do it:
- Log in to your Jotform account and go to the Form Builder.
- Select the form that is sending you the reminder emails.
- Go to the Settings tab, then click on Emails.
- Find the Reminder Email notification in the list of emails set up for the form.
- Disable or delete the Reminder Email to stop the daily notifications.
Once you disable the Reminder Email, you should no longer receive those daily pending form emails.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hello,
Thank you for your quick response. However, there is no reminder email. Under the form settings and the Emails sections, there is only one email for the submission notification to get triggered after someone submits the form. I can not find any reminder email here.

Hi JessicaNoy,
Thanks for your update. Since you don't see any Reminder Email set up in the Emails section of your form, the daily pending form emails you are receiving might be related to an assigned form with scheduled reminders.
If your form is assigned to you as an assignee, Jotform can send automatic reminder emails to assignees to fill out the form. These reminders are managed under the Assign Form feature in the Publish tab, not in the Emails section.
Here’s how to check and disable these reminders:
- Log in to your Jotform account and open the Form Builder for the form in question.
- Go to the Publish tab at the top.
- Select Assign Form from the left menu.
- In the Invite by Email section, check if you are listed as an assignee.
- If assigned, click the user menu next to your name and select Schedule Reminder Emails.
- Disable or delete any scheduled reminders set for you.
Disabling these assigned form reminders should stop the daily emails prompting you to fill out the form.
Give this a try and see if it resolves the issue.
