Dear JotForm Support Team,
I’m reaching out on behalf of our team at Housing Trust Group regarding an issue that has recently surfaced with our JotForm dashboard.
Several team members have reported that they previously had access to view and manage approvals through their dashboards, but that functionality now appears to be missing. Specifically, they mentioned that the dashboard layout has changed, and they can no longer see their inboxes, pending or completed approvals, or the three-dot menu that was previously available for requesting additional information.
Could you please help us identify what might have changed in the system or our account configuration? This functionality is critical for our operations, and we’d appreciate your guidance on restoring access or understanding any updates that may have affected our setup.

The form is called Capex Approval Request (Within a unit)

Hi Matt_Jones_matthewj,
Is the screenshot you shared initially what they can do before? Can you also share a screenshot of how they see the Workflow Inbox now? I've cloned your form and assigned another Jotform account as an approver. After the first approval was made, the second approval was sent to the assigned approver.
Now, the approval was received. After making an action, I was redirected to the Workflow Inbox. I can see the details of the submission made. I've captured a screencast and shared it with you below:
