Can't Find Verification Email to Verify my Account

    I can't share documents until my account email is verified and its not showing up in my mailbox. Could I get a new verification email sent?

    Hi Sarine,

    You can check the exact time the verification email was sent by looking at your account History page. Here's how to do it:

    1. Click on your account Avatar located on the upper right side of the page.
    2. Select Profile from the dropdown menu.
    3. Click the History tab on the left side of the page.
    4. Filter the actions to specify Email history to see the details of sent emails.

    This will show you when the verification email was sent. Let me know if you need further assistance.

    Upon checking, I confirmed that that verification email has successfully sent to your inbox. Could you try to check your spam or junk folders, as sometimes emails may be filtered there? Also, I would suggest Whitelisting the following Jotform's IP Addresses and Domains, as this can help ensure future delivery.
