I used to be able to see and edit my original forms quickly. They were in BOLD.
Now all I see are a bunch of Excel files and HTML files. These also look like old files. When I click on them there is no information or it says error. What happened? Can I change back to the old way?

Hi Brother2Brother,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand you are having trouble seeing your original forms and instead see Excel and HTML files that appear old or show errors.
To assist you better, could you please provide the name, ID, or URL of one or more of the original forms you are looking for? This will help me locate them accurately and guide you on how to access or restore the view you had before.
Once I have this information, I can check the status of your forms and provide the appropriate steps to resolve the issue.

Hi Brother2Brother,
Thank you for providing the form name "Brother to Brother / Little Brother to Brother Mentoring Application Form." I have located this form in your account.
It appears that you might be viewing reports or exported files (such as Excel or HTML reports) instead of the original form itself. To access and edit your original form, please use the following link: Brother to Brother / Little Brother to Brother Mentoring Application Form.
If you want to view submissions, you can use this link: View Submissions.
Unfortunately, the display style with bolded forms is not a feature that can be reverted, but accessing your forms directly through the form builder or tables will allow you to manage them as before.

I would like to see at a glance how many people have signed up, etc. I would like to see what forms I have available and which ones need to be archived or disabled. I can't do that anymore. Help. Gloria

Hi Gloria,
To see at a glance how many people have signed up and to manage your forms, including viewing which ones are active, archived, or disabled, you can use Jotform Tables and your Workspace.
Here’s how to do it:
- Go to your Workspace: This is where all your forms and related assets are organized.
- View your forms and their status: In the Workspace, you can see all your forms listed along with their current status (enabled, disabled, archived).
- Check submissions at a glance: Open the Table for each form to see submissions and get an overview of sign-ups and responses.
This centralized view replaces the older way of seeing bolded forms and provides more detailed management options.
If you want, I can guide you step-by-step on how to navigate your Workspace and Tables for this purpose.
