Dynamic Dropdown: Add heading for each layer of the field

i am building the Jot form with dynamic drop down .

Like to add heading for each layer of dynamic drop down selection .

Need help .

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. If you'd like to build a dynamic dropdown, where each dropdown has its own heading, then you can simply add multiple dropdown fields, each having their own heading, and use Show/Hide condition to dynamically display the next dropdown field. Let me walk you through it:

1. In Form Builder, in the left side of the page, click on the Add Elements button.

2. In the left panel, under the Basic tab, look for the Dropdown field and add multiple elements of it.

3. Then, change each field's label to set up their own heading and specify each dropdown field's options.

After that, you will need to create a condition to dynamically show them.

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar that top, click on Settings .

2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Conditions.

3. Then, from the list of condition types, choose Show/Hide Field.

4. Finally, set up a condition where the next dropdown fields based on the answer from the previous dropdown field, and click on Save.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to add a heading on each dropdown. As a workaround, you can follow the suggestion of my colleague Lorenz here. While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. When or if it's implemented depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
