Our forms with a payment option are forbidden due to a 403 error. From the form URLs there is a PCI error. I reset the payment integration and cleared the forms cache and it still is not working.

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing a 403 error and PCI error with your payment forms. To investigate further, could you please provide the form ID or URL? I will check the form.

Hi Trail,
The 403 and PCI errors you are encountering with your payment forms are most likely due to incorrect payment gateway credentials. Here’s what you can do to resolve the issue:
- Ensure your payment gateway credentials are correct.
- Reconnect the payment gateway connection to refresh the settings.
- Verify that your payment gateway account is active and not suspended or on hold.
Please check these points and update your payment integration accordingly.

Hi VCY_America,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I accessed your form link directly using different browsers and devices, and it worked properly. Check out the sample screenshot below:
To isolate the issue, can you try testing the form link using a different device or try using a different network connection? And if you can share a screenshot of your browser console log report, that will help us investigate the issue. You can check out our guides on How to Post Screenshots to Our Help Center and How to Get a Console Report from Most Common Browsers.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any more help.

I just checked our forms, and two of them (the ones requiring a payment) are still bringing up a 403 Forbidden page and the URLs are showing PCI still.
https://pci.jotform.com/form/252315731786158 and https://pci.jotform.com/form/252264282392155
I've put a screenshot of the console report.
Our payment integration has been resynced and the form cache cleared.
