I'm wondering if this is possible to do either on a widget level or on a form level:
What I'm trying to do is create a request form with an option to expedite but I can only allow 2 expedites per week. So is it possible either at the question level or the form level to set it up where if 2 people request expedite it greys it out for the rest of the week but then become available again after?
I realize that the form status setting would do something like this but then I would have to reset it by hand every week and there's just no way that's gonna happen.
Let me know if there's like a conditional I could employ or something like that. Thank you!! Love you guys!!

Hi Kimberly,
Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Jotform allows you to set limits on how many options can be selected in a Multiple Choice field using the Entry Limits feature. You can set a minimum and maximum number of selections allowed for that field. However, this controls the number of selections by submission, not across multiple submissions over time. Currently, there is no built-in feature to automatically disable or grey out a specific option after it has been selected a certain number of times across all submissions within a week, nor to automatically reset that limit weekly.
The Form Status setting can disable the entire form after a submission limit is reached, but it requires manual resetting and applies to the whole form, not individual options. As a workaround, you could manually monitor the number of expedite requests and disable the option or form accordingly each week.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
