Approval Flow: Delete More Actions button in Approval Request email

How does one delete "More Actions" option from "Approve" & "Deny" email notification?

Thank you for contacting support.

Kindly go to your Approval Element Properties by clicking the gear icon > General > Click Edit to Customize Approval Request Email. From there, try deleting the More Actions button.

Kindly give it a try and let us know how it goes.

More actions still there. Tried deleting more actions this morning on multiple tiers without success this morning.

I did some tests and it appears that More Action button cannot be deleted. Even deleting it in the email's source code did not work.

Let me escalate this issue to our backend team for further investigation. Once we receive an update, we'll notify you immediately.

figured out a way to remove “more actions” button.
modify the approval flow on iOS device. Go to approval flows. Delete the more actions option. Save & publish.
