When you download form responses after submission, the version of the PDF that gets filled in and downloaded depends on the PDF template currently active in your PDF Editor. If you've updated the PDF but haven’t selected it as the default, the system may still use the original version. To ensure the updated PDF is used, make sure it's set as the default template in the PDF Editor.
Additionally, both PDF versions (original PDF and updated PDF) available in your PDF Editor will be filled in after the user submits your form. That ultimately depends on which PDF version you choose to download.
