How to change domain URL at JotForm?

    I need to change my form url to be linked with my company domain instead of Jotform. Can you assist with this?

    Hi,

    It's possible to customize the URL of your form in JotForm.

    To create custom URL for your form , please follow the below steps:

    1. Please click the Publish button on your form builder.
    2. To create a custom URL , click the pencil icon.
    3. You can type the custom URL of your form. After changing it, click the Apply button
    4. If you want to delete the custom URL you have created, you can click the Undo button.

    You can also use a custom domain on form URL instead of JotForm. But, it is only available for the Enterprise plan.
