    Hi Tim,

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Keep in mind that the Access Code and Password you set when you encrypt your Forms is the same. Some just prefer it to call Access Code while some prefer Passwords. If, however, you're referring to something else, can you share a bit more information so we can help?
