Hi,
I want to add an email field that advises the initiator their request has been approved (or denied). Given I will have more than one initiator, what is the syntax for the reply email so that the correct person gets the reply? Your notes above are not very clear.

Do you want to make sure that the initiator (the person who fills the form) is getting that approval/denial email?
We suggest adding an email field from the form here which will probably be the initiator's email:

Does this mean I need a field in the form for the initiator email address?
And then use that field in the email set up?

Hi there,
Not necessarily, you can either have an email field in the form and use that field in the approval status email, or manually specify an email address.
