Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’ve recalculated your total usage limits and also cleared your form cache. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we’ll do some more testing to see what’s going on.

I have recalculated the upload space on your account and cleared the form cache to refresh the data. The message prompt should no longer display again. Can you go ahead and check on your end?
