Probleem met weergave van subcategorieën bij artikelpagina's in webshop

hallo, voor het eerst gebruik ik de subcategorieën voor een artikel die te koop staat. de subcategorieën worden niet getoond tot je klikt op het artikel, pas dan komen de categorieën tevoorschijn. Maar met een error dat er minimum 1 product moet gekozen worden. Dat is het probleem niet, staat ook vermeld in de instellingen. maar het feit dat de subcategorieën niet getoond worden als de pagina geladen wordt, kan dat niet altijd getoond worden? mvg, Guillaume

Now, coming back to your question, you're correct that product sub categories will only show after the user selected the item. See the screencast below:

Unfortunately, it is not possible to display these sub-categories upon the loading of the page. While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
