    Prezados, estourei a cota de enivos este mes, preciso aumentar para a cota de 10.000 envios, somente este mes, porém, vou fazer isso no upgrad de um mes, e não cobra, alem de transferir um saldo para a conta, considero que está alterando meu plano atual para o mensal, mas preciso apenas aumentar a cota do mes, permanecendo no plano como está. podem me ajudar?

    Isso porque é somente esse mes que precisei de mais envios.

    Now, coming back to your question, currently, to increase the quota to 10,000 submissions for this month only, it is necessary to upgrade to the monthly plan that provides this capacity. This upgrade will temporarily change your plan to the monthly option, as you mentioned.

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to increase the monthly quota while keeping your current plan exactly as it is, since the system considers the upgrade as a plan change. You can, however, make the upgrade just for the month you need, and then return to your previous plan, ensuring the higher quota only for that period.

    Isso eu compreendo, mas não irei perder o benefício que me foi concedido há um tempo, pelo tempo de uso, onde minha renovação anual é por um valor fixo?

    apos retomar ao plano antirior, continuarei com esse benefício?

    After reviewing your account, you are currently subscribed to a Legacy Bronze Plan Annually. Once you switch from your legacy plan to a current plan such as the monthly Bronze, the legacy discount will no longer apply. Legacy plans are tied to your current subscription and pricing, so changing to a different plan means you’ll be moved to the new plan’s standard pricing. If you value the discount, it’s best to keep your legacy plan active, since you won’t be able to return to it once you upgrade.
