Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Regarding your question about integrating Brevo with Jotform without using Zapier, currently, the integration is available through Zapier, which allows you to automate tasks between Jotform and Brevo.
Let me show you how to set up Zaps in Form Builder with Zapier Integration:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- Click on Integrations in the menu on the left side of the page.
- Then, search for Zapier and click on it.
- Under the Your Zaps section, click on the Connect to Zapier button and log in to your account in the window that opens.
Once you log in to your Zapier account, you can use Zaps between supported web apps. You can also check out our guide How to Use Zapier with Jotform for more information and see an example of how a Zap is used.
Currently, there is no direct integration with Brevo like the one available for MailerLite. We understand that each task through Zapier costs money, and we appreciate your feedback on this matter.

Currently, there is no direct integration with Brevo, you need to do it via Zapier. While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. With Jotform's Brevo integration, you can easily connect your forms to Brevo to keep your customer data organized in one place. When your form is integrated with Brevo, submission data flows directly into your contacts, deals, or companies, helping you stay on top of important information without manual entry. To authenticate your account and complete the integration, you will need your Brevo Account API key. If you don't know where to find it, check out Getting Brevo API Key section in our guide.
Let me walk you through how to set up Brevo integration:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Integrations.
3. Search for Brevo and click on it.
4. In the Brevo section, you can select one of the following actions, then click on Next:
- Create Contact
- Create Company
- Create Deal

5. Now, paste your Brevo Account API key into the Enter Your API Key input box and then click on Authenticate.

6. In the Create Contact section, under Matching Column Fields, click on the Dropdown menu under the Brevo column to select a field from your Brevo account, and then click on the Dropdown menu under your Form column next to it to select the matching form field.
7. If you want to map additional fields, click on the + Add Field button at the bottom of the Matching Column Fields section.

8. You can put a check in the box at the bottom of the Create Contact section if you want the action to update existing contacts when the email address matches instead of creating duplicate contacts.
9. When your settings are ready, click on Save.
